Appeals Process: Petition for Special Consideration

Students who are not entitled to a refund as described above may petition the University for a refund demonstrating exceptional circumstances. The Chief Financial Officer or designee may authorize the appeal for a refund if they determine that the Tuition and Fees were not earned by the University.

Students must file the Petition for Special Consideration with University Bursar's Office prior to the twelfth week of classes. Any supporting documentation to support the appeal must be submitted with the appeal form.
