  • Graduation services fee: Beginning with the fall 2025 billing cycle, undergraduate students who have earned 90 units will be billed the one-time graduation services fee of $175. This adjustment aims to align the billing of the fee with academic progress and reduce last-minute financial stress.
  • Notification process: Students will receive an email notification from the University Bursar’s Office when the graduation services fee is posted to their account, allowing ample time for payment before completing all graduation requirements.
  • Graduation application submission: Payment of the graduation services fee does not replace the graduation application. Students must still submit their graduation application once they are eligible and during the application filing period. The graduation services fee will no longer be paid at the time of application submission.
